The Flight Academy Experience: Bounce!
After a long day at the office, I usually like to release the stress through some sports activities. So you can imagine my excitement last few weeks back when I received an invitation to the most fun and largest indoor playground in Dubai “Bounce” got it all from Performance Trampoline, Dodge Ball, Big Bag, Slam Dunk, The Wall, to the Free Jumping Arena all under one roof!
Upon my arrival, I was introduced to Cris Manero, the five-time Spanish National Trampolining and Tumbling Champion, Coach of the Belgian Gymnastics team who told me that he recently joined Bounce team for a whole new season of coaching lessons called “the Flight Academy”.

The Flight Academy coaching program is divided into four different courses to suit all skill levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced, in addition to the Platinum category dedicated to the 1-on-1 coaching.

Cris started our session teaching us the front flip. The famous stuntman was firm stressing that the techniques are very important if you want to have fun bouncing safely without harming yourself. And fun it was!
Jumping, bouncing, flipping! We did it all and the coach was following every move. The experience was so exciting as i was trying to memorize the techniques of a perfect front flip. And i couldn’t stop. For a whole hour, all i wanted to do was to feel more thrill by jumping.. From front flip to back flip, again and again.. I simply didn’t want to stop! I think i found yet another activity as a personal favorite..
A big thumbs up to Bounce Team for this amazing opportunity and thank you Cris for this thrilling experience. I assure you that you will be seeing a lot of me in the future!
